NINE MORE DEAD
NINE MORE DEAD
Acrylic on paper, 10x14", 2023
Four toddlers, four adults, one teen. Two young families headed for the kibbutz synagogue for Sabbath morning prayers. One generation sharing its everyday holiness with a younger one.
They never made it. All nine were murdered because they were Jewish. By conscienceless hamas mohamadans who give meaning to their lives, not by improving the lives of fellow worshipers, but by executing helpless Jews.
-In the Holocaust Art Research Center permanent collection of Yad Vashem, the World Holocaust Remembrance Center, Jerusalem.
-Solo exhibition Gross-Rosen Muzeum, Rogoznica, Poland.
-'Juried prize winner in the American Guild of Judaic Art’s 2026 Compassion and Justice Exhibit
Juried prize winner in the American Guild of Judaic Art’s 2026 Karen Walenka Memorial Exhibit.
